Options change the total. A specialty plate design adds $149 (other standard designs $49), 1-day processing adds $149, and a Urus purchased outside the United States adds $150 for imported-vehicle processing. A plug-in hybrid variant would add the applicable electrification fee.

The Montana LLC becomes the owner of record, and you own the LLC. On paper the buyer on the purchase agreement should be the LLC where possible; retitling after the fact into an entity is doable but adds a step and sometimes a second transfer.

Tell the selling dealer early. Exotic dealers handle entity purchases routinely, but the finance office needs the LLC name, formation details and signer authority before they cut paperwork — not after.

Financing

Most Urus purchases we see are financed or on a balloon structure. The lender's lien has to be recorded against the Montana title, and many lenders' agreements require the borrower to title and register in the borrower's state of residence. Some exotic-focused lenders permit entity titling; consumer lenders often do not.

Get written confirmation from the lender before ordering. A verbal 'that should be fine' from a call center is not something a county office can work with when the lien paperwork does not match.

Insurance

Expect your carrier to want the LLC as a named insured, the actual drivers listed, and the true garaging address. Agreed-value policies for high-performance SUVs commonly ask about annual mileage and storage — answer accurately. An inaccurate garaging address is a claim problem, not a paperwork problem.
